Hi there! We are currently using a different form tool, and it does not allow us to require users to confirm their submission with an emailed verification code.

We are planning to switch to JotForm because you offer this feature, but I was actually not able to see how to configure it. I reviewed this documentation, but the "Use Verification Code" toggle is not present when I am configuring an Email field in my form.

Do I need to upgrade my plan to access this feature? I was planning to move to a paid plan after testing a form, but the email verification code is the single most important function for us, so I will upgrade now if that allows me to use the code during testing.

Please note that the guide you have followed is for cards form layout. Since you are using classic layout, that is the reason why you are not able to see the option to enable verification code. If you change your form layout to card form, you will be able to see the option to enable "Use verification code". Please check the screenshot below:

If you want to use the classic layout that you are using, please add "E-mail Validator" widget in form which will help your user to validate email.

    Hope this helps.
