Hi, we're using the Egnyte Integration and it looks like when we upload to Egnyte, the submission PDF does not always get sent. As an example, the following image shows that all of the uploaded files have come through but the PDF containing all of the form data has not arrived.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us.
I tried integrating my demo form with Egnyte but I was not able to replicate the issue. The submission PDF gets uploaded.
Could you please try to remove and reintegrate Egnyte with your form?

If the issue persists, kindly let us know.

We just redid the integration. Is jotform aware of this kind of behavior with the Egnyte Integration? We're just concerned because this submission PDF is critical to our application.

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The integration might have failed due to some glitch. So far, no ongoing issue with the Egnyte integration was reported.
Do not hesitate to right us if the problem persists. We will be more than happy to investigate this further.
Best,
