I'm struggling getting some images to upload into a form. What is the trick to getting them to upload? Is it the size of the image? or the dimensions? I have been able to get some images to load that are 27 KB (27,729 bytes) but cant get an image to upload that is 24 KB.
I am using a widget for this specific form, but I'm having trouble in other forms as well. And some images did work.
Thanks
Penny

It seems you're using the image slider widget.
Please try uploading images with the same height and width.
Let us know how it goes.

PennyReevesReplied on January 26, 2021 at 6:22 PMIt doesn’t seem to matter if they are the same height and width. Some images won’t load. I have tried to upload them outside of the widget into just the standard image option, and it still is not working for some images.
Thanks,
Penny

Can you please share the image here? Try uploading it somewhere like your Google Drive and share the link here so we can take a look at the image file you are trying to upload.

Here is a folder link with some of the images I am trying to upload. It doesn't seem to matter which image element I am using, widget or not, they won't upload. Is it possible my Images Folder is too full? We have a lot of images stored because we've used your software for several years.
It doesn't seem to matter if the height and width is the same for each image because I have been able to use images out of my Image Folder that don't match in length or width for this specific rotating widget. I've even tried to upload images into a different Image Element so they are saved in my Images Folder so I could then use them with this rotating widget, but I can't get any more images to upload.

I've also tried using the JotForm software on a different browser (using Chrome now) and it doesn't seem to matter.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to access the link, can you please change the access permission https://support.google.com/drive/answer/7166529?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en?
I'm not sure if it's a image folder issue of your Jotform. I've tried it on my end, but I'm unable to encounter any issue so I wanted to see the image you are trying to upload and see if it works on my end.
Looking forward for your response.

It looks like the issue is with the file name. I tried changing the file name and it works. Please watch my screencast below.
Try removing the pound sign in your file name and try upload it again.
