Hello,
I had 2 client submit a form/contract with me at my business and it said it was success but the form did not and still has not shown up in my account or email. Please let me know if there is something that I may be doing wrong.
Note: I noticed that if I use the link it will submit but if I use Kiosk mode or use it through the app it does not work.

We apologize for inconvenience. I have been testing using a clone of y our form in Kiosk mode but I was not able to reproduce the issue. I was able to submit the form and see the submission data of the form.
Can you please try again. I suggest checking also the related user guide.
How to Use Kiosk Mode in JotForm Mobile Forms

Hello,
We have found that in order for us to receive submissions our customers have to use the url link. We can not give them our tablet in Kiosk mode to enter a contract. It says it is submitted but we do not get the submission in our email or in our records.

Hi Melanie,
Base on your latest updates, it appears that you're still not able to use your form while in Kiosk mode. The method you were using was by using the browser instead.
Can you please try first re-installing the Mobile Forms app in your device.

After re-installation, try test again using the form in Kiosk mode in you device.

If issue persist, can you please share to us a screenshot image of the Mobile Forms app in Kiosk mode while using your device. It will help us understand the issue accurately if we can have a visual.
