To my understanding, you would like to attach a document or the PDF submission to the email notification sent to you whenever your form gets successfully submitted, is that correct?
If that is the case, you can set up the email notification in your form to behave like that by enabling the PDF Attachment and/or the Send Uploads as Attachment options under the Advanced tab.
