Error "You're not authorized" when downloading PDF

    Hello,

    When I submit my form and click the link to download the PDF it gives me an error message:


    {"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.044"}


    How can I fix this?

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Are you unable to download the PDF document that is attached to the Email Notification? This issue should be related to the privacy of your account because the Privacy option "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is checked on the Settings page.

    Please uncheck it and try again. If the issue persists, provide us a link of the PDF.
