I have had several clients try to fill out my form and when they go to upload the pictures they say it says error and kicks them out

I've just sent a test submission on your form with the uploaded files. I was able to do it successfully. Do you have your form embedded on a website? If yes, then please provide a form URL so we can check this further for you.

Hi,
Can you try removing the file upload widget from your form and adding it once again?
Please let us know if the issue still persists.

krisenorrisReplied on February 2, 2021 at 10:11 PMI have some people tell me that it doesn’t work when using their phone and others that it does work with. And if I delete the widget then it tells me that I will lose that data. Does that mean I will lose the data from the former submissions?

If you delete a field from the form then the associated data in the submissions will be deleted as well. Please try hiding the field instead.
