The form i created from the customer bill pay template will not allow for successful connection to my stripe account. When i click the connect with my strip account blue button it fails. I am attempting to connect right in the form widget payment settings.
do i have to enter my stripe account somewhere else?

Stripe integration is working fine upon testing it just now.
Could you please relogin from your JotForm account and try it again? If the problem persists, try to logout first from your Stripe account at www.stripe.com then reconnect your Stripe payment field again. This might help.
