Email doesn't contain the paragraph

I'm not able to print a contract after it has been submitted. The submission will print but doesn't include the paragraph section above it. How can I get the paragraph to be included with the submission?

Paragraphs aren't included in emails by default. You have to edit your email notification and manually paste the paragraph.
