Browse file button not working

    Hi there, my form is not working when hitting “browse files” and was seeing if I can get this fixed. I’ve attached the form below

    Hi there,
    It must not be working from mobile devices. This is the 3rd potential
    client that has let me know they are not able to upload the photos to
    complete the application. How can we resolve this?

    I have tried your form on an iPhone and an iPad, and I am able to upload photos:

    Could you try to copy the link of your form in Safari or Chrome directly and see if it works this way?

    I just tried that via copy and pasting the link into my browser, and the
    browse files button is still not responding.

    May we know in which phone and in which browser are you testing?

    Is the form embedded on any website or any social networking site? May we know how the users are accessing the form?

    It is located on my instagram bio so potential clients click the link to
    fill it out as previously mentioned.

    Hi there,

    I tested your phone both in android(Google chrome) and iPhone(Safari), and I was able to replicate the issue. The "BROWSER FILES" button is not working at all, so I'm not able to upload any files.

    I cleared your form's cache from our server, and that seems to have fixed the issue. Can you please check again to confirm?

    If the issue still occurs please let us know so we can check further.
