Hello,
I am having the same issue and have completed all of your suggestions. I have tried logging in to Constant Contact using my short username, as well as my full email, and have reset my password. I also tried using an incognito window to no avail. Constant Contact is already integrated on one of my other forms on my account, but it is unable to authenticate and gives me the same error message as WHITEBIRD123. I am able to log in to the Constant Contact website with no issues using the same credentials.

Hi,
I have cleared your form cache on our end, kindly give it a try again? Or please try to clone your form on your account, then let's see if it let you authenticate your Constant Contact account on the cloned version?

I have also tried to clone your form and integrate it with our Constant Contact test account, and I can't seem to also recreate the problem on my end:

Hello,
I have cleared my form cache, cleared my browser cache, tried from a cloned form, and also tried Microsoft Edge and I am still receiving the same error "Authentication Failed! Please check your credentials."

We can confirm that there's no problem with the integration. I also couldn't replicate the problem. I only get that error when I entered wrong login credentials. For example in the test below, I entered wrong password twice, I get that error. When I entered the correct password, it went through fine.
Please make sure to enter your constant contact email in the username box and then your correct password. It should really work.
