Hi Fabio,
Unfortunately, you can not do that within the integrated Google Sheet. Product List is one field so all its contents will remain in one column. Separating them will also break the integration.
However, if you move your data to Excel then there you should be able to separate them. Please check out this ticket for more details on the method and a demo video on how you can do it.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks

TaurinoReplied on December 18, 2020 at 3:11 PMHi, this is a big problem.
I integrate with Google Sheet because it is itself automatically
integrated with Shopify.
I can't use Excel. Is there a different solution?
If there is no solution, I will ask for a refund of the subscription.
thanks
Fabio

You may check this related thread when one of our colleagues has provided a workaround to split the details on your product field in a Google spreadsheet: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1333290-How-to-split-products-in-payment-settings-in-google-spreadsheet
But, please note that you should not make these changes on the spreadsheet that you have linked to your form. Please export that data to a separate Excel file and then edit the requirements.
You may use the IMPORTRANGE function on excel to transfer data from one spreadsheet to another: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093340?hl=en
Meanwhile, I'll also follow up with our colleague, Katherine.

Hi there,
Thank you for your patience as I investigated a solution for you.
My colleague has actually presented the exact workaround I was investigating and working on for you: have you had a chance to review the link my colleague sent and see if that is a viable workaround for you?
We await your response.

hi Katherine,
it is not the ideal solution because I would have to intervene manually every time. I would like to use Zapier automatically without my manual intervention
I'm afraid there are no solutions
Thanks

Hello.
Sorry, but at the moment, we don't have another workaround.
Please note that the product/payment field is a single field and its data will appear only inside one column in the Google spreadsheet - even if you download an excel submission file from your Form submission page.
Apart from that, there is another alternative if you create/add products to the form outside the payment field. If you think that is viable, here is how you can do that (probably for future forms):
- Add the products into the form using Inventory widgets - https://www.jotform.com/widgets/inventory
- Use form calculation widget to get total amount - you can add the inventory widgets into this calculation widget multiplied by their unit price: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-how-to-perform-form-calculation-using-a-widget
- Finally, pass on the total to the payment field: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-how-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field
With this method, you get the details in separate columns.
Please review and let us know if this option would work out for you.
