Hello,
My name is Ronique, and I am the HR Generalist for PS Logistics, LLC. Our company, especially the HR Department, utilizes Jot Form for several events such as terminations, leave of absence and status change notices. I am also the leave administrator and we have a form now that will notify the necessary departments about a person's leave of absence. I want to know is there a way we can only notify the payroll department when the jot form comes in for salary employees only? We need them to know about the LOA only for salary and no one else. For example, when someone completes the jot form and they press the drop down menu to indicate someone is salary, is it a way payroll can be notified but not notified if they are hourly? I hope this makes sense, I tried to find a contact number to better explain my question but was unsuccessful.
thanks for your time,
-Ronique

Hello Ronique,
Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.
Yes, it is certainly possible to send emails conditionally based on the answers to previous form fields. You can use the Change E-Mail Recipient condition to only route the email to your Payroll team if the answer to the compensation question is "Salary".
Here is an example of what this condition would look like:
