We use Jotform for photo submissions and when our students click "Browse" the button lights up but nothing happens. I believe it is happening when submissions are done by phone.

Hi,
I have tested the form on my phone and clicking the browse files option opens your gallery for me after that I was able to select an image to upload, as you can see below.
Could you try filling the form once again?

I tried as well and had no issues but students keep having the issue on their end.
