Passing data from one form to another

Is it possible to have someone fill out a form that enables HIPAA compliance and then send that data to another form to have it auto-populate info? If so, will this exchange remain HIPAA-friendly?

However, that would defeat HIPAA purpose, so it will be on your own risk. We do not recommend doing it.
