Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
It seems that you have reached your monthly submission limit, which is 100 for Free accounts. Currently, you have 105 submissions this month.
The monthly submission count is reset every month, so from December, the submission count will start from 0, and you will be able to use the forms again. Please let us know if the count would not reset automatically.
Also, you may upgrade your account to increase the monthly submission count.

Hello,
All your account usage limits have reset. I have additionally cleared your form cache.
Please clear your browser cache, relogin into your account and check if you are still facing any issues.
