Upload storage space still shows used space after clearing Trash Folder

    Hi.
    I am again facing the same problem. this time I have emptied the trash but
    still upload space would not change.

    I have checked your account's upload storage space usage and I can confirm that only 376.84 MB of its (10 GB) total space is being used.

    Thank you. Yes I have checked it but do I have to contact JotForm every time I delete stuff? As you can see in the screenshot that storage space was at 4.7GB when I generated this ticket and it would not change after refreshing or log out.
