Hello! It seems that you're still making changes to your form. The current setup that I see on your "Salesforce Test" form is attached below. Is this setup not working?
I tested somewhat similar setup (provided below) and the create and update Opportunity is working fine for me.
This is the form I tested on: https://form.jotform.com/203234428891053
Can you please elaborate your intended setup with which you're facing issues. We'll test the same and get back to you accordingly.
Thank you!

Like i explaned before I tryed basicly all the diffrent options, and none of them are working. So this is just one version atm that I have tryed.
What are you recommending on trying out?

Hi, ServiceDegura.
Like my colleague, I have cloned your form, but I was not able to reproduce the same error. This was the integration that I have set up in my form.
This is what I have filled in the form.
This was the result that I got in the Salesforce Dashboard.
Can you please elaborate further on when the error arises? From what I can see, you could map the field and save the integration. In your Salesforce Dashboard, could you not find a new entry? Kindly search in the link highlighted in the screenshot below.
Please, let us know how it goes.

Hi thanks, for the detailed answer.
The problem arises when i try to map alredy existing fields from salesforce with Jotform. So in your example i can create a new opportunity with the jotform checklist but iam not able to change existing records, which is what i am looking to do.
here i show you the problem
So after sending the form nothing changed in the Salesforce opportunity
Does it make a diffrent that we haven't updatet to the premium version yet?

Hi ServiceDegura,
So in your example i can create a new opportunity with the jotform checklist but iam not able to change existing records, which is what i am looking to do.
Thank you for the additional information. As far as I understand, you would like to update an existing field; in my case, this is the Name field in Salesforce linked to Accountname:
I have one opportunity named "test sylas" in Salesforce. When I change something (and make Accountname "test sylas"), it seems that the integration detects it (as I configured) and updates the fields that need to be updated.
Please see the screencast below where I update the "Firmenkultur" field and observe how it changes (traditional to modern) for "test sylas":
Could you please make sure your integration settings are correct, and give it one more try? As I mentioned above, please make sure that you make changes depending on the fields you've mapped in the integration configuration page (as I mapped Name with Accountname, meaning that if there's the same name entered into Account name, update that Salesforce record). Looking forward to hearing from you.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
