Paypal Payment Form is Not Integrated Properly

    Hello,

    I believe everything should be working for my PayPal payment form but I cam getting the attached error message. Can you please take a look and see if you can find where I went wrong?

    Thank you for reaching us out.

    I looked into your form and noticed you are using Paypal Checkout. You need to have a Business Paypal account to use this integration. May I ask what is your Paypal account?

    If you have a personal Paypal account, please refer to Paypal Personal. Otherwise, please let us know so we can look into it and assist you. You could also test your Paypal Payment Form through this guide.

    Thank you for the response. So everything looks correct on JotForm?
    My PayPal account is

    My account is a business account and I have sent a message to PayPal as
    well asking if they see where the issue is.
