Free service for healthcare providers during COVID?

I am interested in utilizing this format for consent forms and such for COVID testing. It will need to be the version that enables HIPAA compliance. It was my understanding that there was a promotion for this to be at no cost to healthcare businesses. Can I get more information on this?
