Im unable to view or download any attachments to my forms. I get a 404 error page saying not found! This has been happening for a while now and its defeating the purpose of this service. How can we fix it?

Hi,
Could you please try going to your account settings page and dissecting the option "Require log-in to view uploaded files"?
