Hi, I am facing a issue with this form as photos are not uploading in the notification email as an attachments.
I have used 2 widgets, first one that is provided by Jotform(Drag and Drop) and other one "Take Photo".
Both show that photo has been uploaded but doesnt come as an attachment in the email.

I tested the Send Uploads as Attachment feature with one of my forms and it is working properly. Your issue is most likely related to the size of the uploaded files. Please note that the size of email attachments is limited to 5 MB. If this limit is exceeded none of the uploaded files will be attached.
Please test your form with a smaller file to see if it will be attached to the Email Notification.

Please note that the Autoresponder Email does not have the "Send Uploads as Attachment" option. Only the Email Notification has this option.
How large are the files that you uploaded to the form? The attachment size of the email notification is 5 MB. If this limit is exceeded the uploaded files and PDF Attachment you enabled will not be attached to the email.
Did you test the form with just one file that is smaller than 5 MB? I uploaded 5 small files to my cloned form and they were all attached to the email notification I received.
You can create a new notification and leave the default table to receive images your users uploaded or you can download your uploads from the submissions page.

Hi,
I tried to make another email for the images. But it didnt work.
Nevertheless, I took pictures from my mobile while filling out the form and the combined size of all the pictures was more than 5MB (around10MB). Even though the pictures got attached in the AUTORESPONDER EMAIL. But I dont get any attachment and PDF in the NOTIFICATION email.

Hi, thank you for getting back to us.
Currently, the size of the attachment is limited to 5MB. This was done to improve the reliability of the email service. If the attachment's total size is more than 5mb, then the submission’s emails will be sent without attachments.
You can still download the PDF attachment using the links included in your email notification or from your submission page.
I hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

yajurverma32Replied on November 4, 2020 at 6:28 PMHi,
I am sorry for getting back so late on this response. I was busy with some
work.
However, I tried to use this link but it works only if you are signed in to
jotform. My colleague cannot open this form at her end.
Also, I would like to show you the pdf that I have made which gets attached
to the AUTORESPONDER EMAIL but doesnt get attached to NOTIFICATION EMAIL (
which is required by the dentist to asses the patients). Please note that
the total file size of all the photos combined in 10 MB( in total) and It
gets attached to the pdf in Autoresponder email.
Please help me and give your valuable suggestion as I cannot cut down the
number of photos that has to be 5 in number and also if I limit the upload
file size to 1MB each, then I am afraid that the patients will have hard
time in submitting the photos.
Looking forward to hearing back from you
Regards
Yajur

Hi Yajur, thank you for getting back to us.
I'm afraid it is not currently possible to increase the file size limit of the PDF attachment in the email notification. The Email system dictates the attachment file size, so you cannot change the max limit allowed within your Form Builder.
As suggested, you can still download the PDF attachment and file attachments using the links included in your email notification or from your submission page.
Kindly disable the Require log-in to view uploaded files on your account settings so you won't be required to login to your account to access the file attachments.
I hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
