Unable to open attachment on form once submitted by customer

    On our quote estimate form we have a link that allows the customer to upload a file. When we are emailed the submission - it shows the link but when we click on it we get an error. However, when we sign on to our account online & look in our inbox at the submission, we are able to open the uploaded file.

    Hello kdennis215,

    I cloned your form and I cannot replicate the issue. So I checked your account Settings and Require log-in to view uploaded files is already unchecked. So, there should be no problem in downloading the files even if you are not logged in to your JotForm account.1603757932 5f97676c8dd2b 15 Screenshot 10
