I work at a university in Georgia. Our dept receives large quantities of expensive audio and video equipment each year. As the equipment is taken from the office to its final location ... university television, radio, equipment pool ... we have the responsible faculty and/or staff sign a form for each item picked up. Your online forms with e-signature seem like they will be wonderful!!
My question is to assist the individuals taking the equipment. We have always filled out the paper form here in the office using student assistants and office staff, then those picking up the equipment do a quick confirmation of the information, sign, and go. Is there some way to partially fill out a JotForm, share it with someone, then they sign and submit?

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to JotForm's support.
There is indeed a way to share a partially complete form to allow other people to sign and submit. This way would be to enable the "Continue Forms Later" feature on your form.
This feature adds a "Save" button at the very bottom of your form. Clicking on it will generate an URL that can also be sent by email.
So, people partially filling out your form could save their progress, send the link (via whatever platform), or email it to the appropriate person, then this person could sign and submit the form.
Let us know if you need any more assistance, we will be glad to help you!
Thank you,
Simon
