Hey guys, on my COVID-19 intake form I am having issues uploading images to the checkout screen. Every time I upload, the image uploads to a white square. The other image was already pre-uploaded and duplicated from another form.

Hi,
Thank you for trying. I have duplicated the form and still am having the same issue with all image uploads turning into a white square. Is there any other way for this to be solved? How can we proceed from here?
I also tried uploading from a separate computer, and still got the issue with the images uploading blank.
Please let me know how we can proceed!

Hi Robert,
You can send us the images here and with your permission, we can add them to your form in the product list. You can follow the guide below to send the images here.

Thank you! You have my permission to upload images to my form. Thank you for the help! I'm not sure where the issue stems from. If you could please add these images that would be great thank you!
