Hi - Could you please tell us which slot are you referring to? I browsed your form but can't seem to locate a slot that's grayed out.

As you can see from the the attached vids- it won’t let us select the time
for the Mega Kicker sessions and then for the Mighty Kickers the date is
grey.

Unfortunately, attachments sent via email don't reach our Support System. Could you please upload it somewhere such as google drive and then share the link with us here so we can check?
Alternatively, you can send them as an attachment and email to support@jotform.com with ticket#2650930 as the subject.

Hi, we received your videos. Upon checking your form again, I can see that October appointments are already booked, but there are available slots in November: https://form.jotform.com/202596736048059
So, according to your configuration, 5:00 PM will be offered on Mondays, and 11:45 AM on weekends only.
