Blank grey screen when viewing submissions

    Hello,

    If we click on any of the forms submissions it gives us a blank grey screen. So none of the patients who have filled out forms are coming up. I tried to close it, log out and log back in, and tried to restart the computer. It is still doing the same thing. I have attached a screen shot of what all of the forms submissions look like. Ideally we need to have these forms up by tomorrow if possible. Thank you for your help.

    Hello Brian, Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before viewing the submissions page for that form.

    If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the browser console error on your end so we can check it.

    Clearing the browser cache and cookies worked. The submissions are showing now. Thank you for your help!
