We're sorry but have yet to offer phone support. We'll be more than happy to assist you with this ticket.
For GeoLocation, we have this widget which is best for this purpose: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/geo-stamp.
Guide to add a widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.
The following guide will help you do it in a form:

Thank you.

Hi there,
You can try the Geolocation widget instead.
https://www.jotform.com/widgets/geolocation
Please note that you'll need a working Google Map API key to use this widget.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.

First off, I see you're adding the widget through its page. Please don't do that as it creates a new form in your account. Add the widget directly through the form builder as per the guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-how-to-add-a-widget-to-your-form.
Second, you have to provide the actual Google API key, not the script. The following guide will help you get the key:
https://www.jotform.com/help/597-how-to-get-google-maps-api-key-for-jotform-mapping-widgets
Please let us know if you still cannot get it to work.
Thank you.
