I had an employee have trouble this morning, so I asked her to log out and log back in, and when she did that all her forms were gone. I've had this problem with others as well. Why does this happen? I then have to reassign the form, or send a reminder email.

Is the form assigned to your employee? If so, what error did she get while filling out the form?

This form is assigned to the employee, its the Time Sheet, and all her forms disappeared when she logged out and back in. It just says No new forms.
I have another request in as this is happening to another employee as well.

Both users still, "you have no forms"
Neither user "have no forms"

Hi, thank you for getting back to us.
I have checked both the users' account and I there are forms assigned to them. Please note that the user needs to navigate to the assigned form menu in order to access the assigned forms.
They can also navigate to the assigned form menu in the mobile app as well.
