Canned email templates

    Hi,


    I am helping my father bring his practice into the 21st century and am looking for a CRM system that enables HIPAA compliance with a few specific features we need; your system seems to have what we need however I am not seeing the option to form email chains (also sometimes called "canned email templates") included in your system so I figured I would just ask - does your system offer this feature?


    I need to automate a lot of the communication between my father and his patients so this is a must-have for the CRM we go with.

    It is possible for the forms to send autoresponder emails to the form respondents when the form is submitted.

    You may then edit your email content

    However, please note that if you are under HIPAA, we have PHI fields that would block fields from showing data in the email.

    Though that helps partly, I am not talking about a single autoresponder (which would be used to send things like confirmations and stuff); I am talking about having a set of emails, that I have prewritten, that I wish to set to be sent at specified periods of time.

    As an example: I need to check on patients monthly, but instead of having to email 200+ patients everyday, each month, I want to have an email chain, to ask how they are feeling this month, set for 30 day intervals, which I can set once for each patient so we don't have to contact them but we WILL get sent their reply. I don't want to have something that auto responds to their message, I am looking for something that sends out a message, then they reply, then we get sent their reply and personally reply back.

    Can this system do this or does it only handle autoresponders for when a patient contacts us?

    Hello Elise.

    Unfortunately, we don't have such feature. I believe you should try looking for an email marketing service, like Sendinblue, MadMimi or ConstantContact

    We do have a tool for sending e-mails apart from the autresponder, the E-mail Reminder, but considering your demands, I'd say it is no adequate in terms of edition capabilities and number of recipients allowed.
