Input Table: I need to make several columns with fixed info.

I am trying to do a form for inventory at our concession operations

i have been using configurable list and input table. i need to make several columns with fixed info.

product name              Number to keep(PAR)      number on hand 

the first two would have info in them the name and a number

i can only figure out how to put one colum with words or numbers. can  you help?

Just to be clear, are you referring to this form, https://www.jotform.com/form/202627316462149?

Since you're using Input Table, you can set its Input Type to Multi Type Columns.

You can then create your "Fixed Info" column, set its field type to Dropdown, and add the options.

That way, the form filler can only select predefined options for that column.

Yes that is the form.
I will try your suggestion. I want the par to remain constant so I m not sure. It is the number in with name right now.

I tried it but to many choice. Is there anything that gives you two columns you can make permanent and one that we can add numbers too?

This is not going to work. Is there another form that I can use that will give me two set columns and one they can add infor (number) to? thanks
