Hi there,
Can I use the same "unique name" for multiple fields on my form, if I have created conditional logic to ensure that only ONE of these fields will be visible to the person who is filling out the form?
Thanks!

No, kindly use different values for the unique names to avoid any unwanted behavior.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the unique name as shown on this guide: How-to-Find-Field-IDs-and-Names ?
If yes, then my previous answer stands, you should not use the same unique name for multiple fields.
However, if you are simply referring to the field labels, then yes, you can have multiple fields with the same label.
