I find it difficult to use Jot Forms conditional logic. I will with this example try to explain what I want to do, and hopefully someone can show me what calculations I need to use. The topic is about how making videos can help people to reach goals in their personal or business life, and I want to give them advice on how they should learn to make these videos (hopefully by buying my online courses).
So I want to ask the participants a few questions about their employment status and what they do at work. They can choose only one of the options (answers )in the first question, so I will use the Single Choice Properties:
QUESTION ONE
What is your employment status?
-
I am employed
-
I am unemployed
-
I am running a company
-
Other
QUESTION TWO
In the next question they can choose more than one answer, so I will use the Multiple Choice Properties:
-
To communicate with other people is part of my daytime job
-
To market a business is part of my daytime job
-
I have at some point in my life been applying for a job
-
I have at some point in my life been looking for an apartment.
QUESTION THREE
And in the third question they also can choose more than one answer, so I will use the Multiple Choice Properties:
-
I want to increase the sales for my company
-
I want to express a personal message
-
I want to achieve a personal goal in my life.
-
I want to be more successful on dating sites
Now, depending on how they answer these questions, they will be given different answers that I have created. Possibly by a link that they get when the last question is answered, or in an email.
Let's say that in the first question they answer; “I am running a company”, in the second “to market a business is part of my daytime job” and in the third “I want to increase the sales for my company”. Then they should get an automated reply from me that says something like “It looks like it should be useful for you to be able to create your own marketing videos. Take a look at this course about online marketing with video”
So what I want to do is to decide that if someone chooses some of the answers, they will always be given a certain feedback from me. Like, everyone who answers “I am running a company” or “I want to increase the sales for my company” will get the answer “It looks like it should be useful for you to be able to create your own marketing videos. Take a look at this course about online marketing with video”
BUT the ones who in, as an example, the third question answered both “I want to increase the sales for my company” AND “I want to be more successful on dating sites” should get an other answer from me that looks like “It looks like it should be useful for you to be able to create your own marketing videos, as well as videos to reach goals in your personal life. Take a look at this course about online marketing with video, and I think you also could have use for my online course in how to make success in online dating with video”.
Is there anyway this can be done in Jotform?

Hi,
Yes, it is possible.
1 - In the form builder, create all of your questions.
2 - Create all possible responses as paragraph and hide them by right clicking or Properties/Advanced/Hide Tab.
3 - Open Form Settings/Conditions. Click Show/Hide field option.
4 - Select your condition. You can add several question by clicking blue plus button. For multiple choice questions, you have to add another rule for all options that applies that condition. Then, you must select, "If all of the if rules are matched" by changing Any dropdown. If you select any, if any of the rules are meet, your hidden text will be shown. This can be useful also up to the situation.
5 - In the Do section, select Show and select your hidden reply that meets this condition and rules. Then save your condition.
