The payment field is correctly set up in your form. I've tested your form and was taken to the PayPal page for the payment. I did not replicate the issue in my end.
I would suggest clearing your browser cache and see if that can fix the issue. After that, could you please test the form again and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue so that we can investigate further?
