Intrgormat integration results in The operation failed with an error. Cannot read property '0' of undefined error

I am trying to use Integromat with my Jotform and it does collect the data but fails trying during the MS Word Template process.

I have a very simple form and a very simple template and followed the instructions here: https://www.jotform.com/help/519-Populate-a-Word-Template-with-Form-Data

The ms template contains one entry of {{name}}.

I apologize about the delay here. The error appears to be happening inside Integromat, specifically the Word template area. From your screenshot and what I can see here the jotform data goes in fine, it's possible that the word document template your using has some different encoding that is creating the error.

As it's outside of JotForm you would need to contact Integromat support for further guidance as I can only see what you can see about the error.
