Hi,
I've got an issue regarding our form ID 201313748122344, named "Demande de cotation (Partenaires) Pipe VE - Prod)" since today.
We use a field to upload files (see attached). It works well on desktop but on mobile, it is sometimes not possible to click to access the importation module. For example it works well for my collegeague (which has a phone using Android) but on my phone, (Android also) it doesnt work. When I click nothing happens.
Do you have any idea of what happens and what could explain that ?

I tested your form on an iPhone, and the file upload works.
Are you getting any error when you try to upload a file? It looks like a permission related issue.
Let what kind of error you are getting when try. We will be glad to investigate this further.Regards,

Hi,
Unfortunately, it still doesn’t work for me and some of our partners. And I have checked all the permissions, it’s all on.
Issue is when we click on the button nothing happens, not even an error message so it is not possible for me to give you more information.
Could it be a problem related to Chrome updates vs. Jotform functionalities ?
I have change browser and it works well for me on Mozilla but still not on chrome.

I have tried this on my Android phone and was able to upload a file successfully.
Kindly try to completely clear your browser cache to ensure that any blocked permissions for JotForm are reset.
