Anytime when i send out my link and a client completes the form and tries to submit back- they get an error message that says- “Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.” What does this mean?

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Users are getting that message because the Unique Submission option is turned on from form settings that do not allow the same user to submit the form more than one time. Thus, to fix that issue, change Unique Submission to "No Check" by following the steps given below:
