403 error (only in Moscow) . request blocked, cloudfront configuration error or too much traffic

    Dear Support,

    when my friends in Moscow use this form: https://form.jotform.com/201643445329353

    the authorize.net and papay widget are causing the error (please check picture). 

    We tried different clients and browser. (it is working fine form Germany and US)

    Hello Sunam! I just tested your form using a Moscow VPN but I didn't encounter any issues (screencast attached for your reference).

    Your users might be using some browser extensions that would be creating these issues. This could be a temporary network issue.

    Can you please ask your users to try again?

    If possible, ask them to try in an Incognito window (incognito windows have browser extensions disabled by default) as in some cases browser extensions can interfere in web page requests/content.
