Hello,
I was wondering is there a way to create a data "input" form, have the customer pay for the digital PDF Form, and then fill in the PDF Form with the information and calculations that were entered into the fields before payment?

Apologies, unfortunately, I am uncertain I understand your needs.
Nonetheless, please note that you can import your PDF so the system can create an online form for it. Once you have the online form, you can modify/add/remove the fields.
