How to create an order form without any online payment option?

I just want the form to allow users to select products and submit an order, as payment may be in cash depending on the customer. I am in Belize so paypal is not currently an option, plus as I said, some customers want to pay in cash when they receive their delivery. How can I alter my form so that it doesn't require a credit card or paypal submission?

You can use Purchase Order tool that enables you to accept orders without any online payment system. Your customers do not need any payment during ordering products. 

We've cloned your form to help beneficially.

1. Go to payment settings. (Paypal Business is integrated)

2. Click the button at the right of payment integration as ...

3. Select the Switch to another gateway.

4. Choose the Purchase Order as another payment gateway.

5. Click the Use Selection.

Final question-is there a way to change the names of the preset selections (for example "shoe size" and "color" so that they are accurate to my order form? I am not selling clothes so I want to change it to say "flavour" instead.

You can change the 'label' name/text in the Product List option.
