I keep receiving error messages regarding application missing required files. I have literally compressed, renamed, logged out and logged in, repeatedly in attempt to submit sucessfully. Also, copy of email containing saved draft, opens link as a blank application.....
Please assist/advise.

Are you still not able to submit the form? Can you please let us know the URL of the form you are trying to submit?
We have an ongoing issue with our file upload and we already alerted our backend team about this. We will let you know here once we have an update on this.

The issue should be fixed by now. Please check again and let us know if you still experience any issue with the file uploads. We will be happy to take a look again.
