Kiosk Mode: Remove Exit Kiosk Mode button

While in Kiosk mode, how can I hide the "Exit Kiosk Mode' Under refresh?(Capture 1)  Users are clicking on it, and they are getting stuck in 'enter pin screen',(Capture 2) this defeats the purpose of Kiosk mode.  So I lose Kiosks if I don't assign a person to deal with this. I don't need users to see this after each form.

This doesn't show in the desktop version.
