Somehow I have three fields that are re-arranged and run together in the Preview mode only. I could not find history of a change I made in the revision history. The fields are lined up correctly in Build mode. The three fields are Data Destruction, Onsite or Offsite Destruction and Do you need a Certificate of Destruction. Please advise.

Hello,
To fix the issue, Kindly access the Fields settings and turn OFF the Shrink option.

This will not position the fields the way they were before the changes were made. I need the fields to be side by side like the attached photo. Please advise.

To achieve what's on the screenshot you have shared:
1- Enable shrink from the Dropdown fields ADVANCED properties.
2 - Access the form in ADVANCED designer and set the input width to 150 pixels.
