I'm trying to download all the Conestoga contracts, but when I try to download them all.. the zip only gives me a few of them. I need to download them all.

To download all form submissions, please go to the form inbox page and click on the Download All button.

So I did that... but when it sends me the zip fold it does not have all 21 submissions in the zip file. I NEED ALL SUBMISSION

Hello @Lyryn,
Our apologies for this inconvenience.
When you receive the Zip folder, you will not be sent all 21 submissions in separate files, they will all or mostly all be confined within one PDF document.
Can you try opening the zip folder and the file inside to see if it contains all your submissions?
If the submissions are not all included, can you kindly share the download link with us so we can test the download on our end as well?
We will wait for your response to continue troubleshooting.

I have no setting hurting my ability to access and I still have issues downloading certain forms in this group. In fact I can no even share the ones that wont download. When I attempt this I get an error that states "Cannot read property 'replace' of null" Something is wrong with the form....

Our apologies for the continued inconvenince.
I have checked your email logs and found the most recent email that was sent to you containing the ZIP file with the submissions for the form Conestoga Contract Form and it seems that there are only 12 out of 21 submissions in that file.
May we know where you are requesting the PDF downloads from?
I went ahead and requested a new zip file to be sent to your email address from the PDF Builder and it seems that this file does contain all 21 submissions. Can you kindly check the file on your end as well?
Also, if you are seeing this happen in any there forms, please let us know which exact forms are affected so we can test on our end. For now, when you need to download all PDF submissions, you can do so from within the PDF Builder.

So I got it but it's in a format I do not want to use. I was downloading it in the PDF organizer. I do not need all the information that is in them... so I edited to keep just what I need. The download you sent me has too much.

Yes, that is my mistake. I did not notice that you had a separate PDF document.
Please allow me some time to test this issue and I will get back to you once I have more information.

I have now checked the new download link that was sent for the correct version of your PDF and it seems that it is still not downloading all of the submissions. This link again seems to only download 12 out of 21 submissions.
Here is a screencast to demonstrate how the download works on my end:
Since the issue is still occurring, I do believe there is one more step that we can try and if the issue persists afterwards, then we will escalate the issue to our backend team.
For the final testing procedure, we do suggest that you try creating a duplicate of the PDF document and then try downloading again to see if the same issue occurs. To duplicate your PDF you can go to your PDF Editor page and on the Tab of your PDF you can click the '3 dots' and select the 'Duplicate' option.
Once that is done, you can try to download the submissions again. Please get back to us with your results.
