I tried multiple browsers and fields change positions once published live. I can look at it again in the BUILD form and its fine. Screenshots below

This alignment can be adjusted by enabling the "Move to a new line" option on the fields "Advantage customer" and "Requested Discount":
As you can see, I've also moved the "Requested Discount" field to be above the "Location" dropdown field and enabled the "Move to a new line".
Please try this on your form and let us know.
