Hi!
I'm playing with Braintree Sandbox and choosing the "subscription" mode makes the form element inevitably crash (unexpected error occurred control_braintree).
Is this usual when using Sandbox?
Or is Braintree in general unstable with JotForm?
Or are my settings somehow wrong?

I have tested a sample form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.
Kindly try to clear your browser's cache and integrate Braintree again.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi!
Thanks for your speedy reply.
I've tested some more, and it looks like adding "add-ons" to the plan at BrainTree is the problem. That's when I get the (unexpected error occurred control_braintree) error at form builder, and the following error at preview: Form failed - Form engine failed - #8j1h17f1
Also adding a discount to the plan at BrainTree doesn't seem to have any effect at JotForm side of things.
Can you replicate this at your end? Is this a Sandbox specific issue?
Thanks again!

I was able to replicate the issue you have when a Braintree subscription has add-on/discount. Unfortunately, the Braintree integration we have does not support add-ons and discounts for subscription.
We can raise this as a feature request, however, we cannot guarantee if this will be implemented.
I suggest if you want to have discounts, you can instead use other payment processors. Meanwhile, for add-ons, I haven't even seen a payment processor that allows add-ons, though this may be possible when using regular fields.
Do let us know how you wish to proceed.
