Accessibility Issues

In the settings page, when I select enabled for the form accessibility, it says 13 accessibility problems found.

making your forms accessible is a great idea so that as many people can fill your form as possible. This feature will help people with disabilities and special needs to access your form better with the use of assistive technology such as screen readers, voice recognition programs and screen enlargement applications.

To answer your question, if you have created your form by importing a PDF it is possible that the generated layout of your form is not very accessible and this is causing the warnings.

Fixing accessibility warnings is easy, the warning itself will tell you what you should change to make your forms more accessible.
