Been testing integration in LIVE mode with PayPal check out, filling out the form then paying with my personal PayPal account. Payment type is User Define Amount, so I'm using very small dollar amounts. All seems to be working, form is working, but when I get my PayPal receipt (buyer) the transition amount is doubled. Same result with several attempts. What am I missing??
See screen shot, attached. Thanks!!

It's weird that you've been charged twice while the transaction clearly shows only one.
I cloned your form and made a test submission but I couldn't reproduce the problem.

On Receipt - Paying through Paypal balance:
On Email:
Could you please re-integrate your form with Paypal and try it again?

Can you please try to completely remove the integration, clear the form cache, and then add the integration again?
You can click here to see how to clean the form cache.
Let us know if this resolved your problem.

NSAAchautReplied on August 6, 2020 at 12:28 PMHi. Followed your instruction exactly, but got same result. My PayPal account deduction is correct, ($2.00), but the total transition amount on the Paypal receipt say $4.00.

Greetings.
If your account was charged the current amount, and the invoice generated from PayPal is not correct, I would suggest you contact PayPal support so they can investigate further since JotForm does not have the option to generate PayPal invoice.
If PayPal support disagrees, please get back with us with their reply, and we will see what else we can try.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I was able to confirm that the Paypal Checkout field on your form has been properly configured:
I'm not sure if it's related to the configuration of your Paypal account, so as my colleague suggested, please keep in touch with Paypal Support to check the account as to why it's been charging the amount twice.
