Instead it ignores what shows on form to say "Shipping"
Also why is it displaying {myProducts:total}
Is that supposed to be an interpreted field?

The PDF invoice will use the default label in the shipping option, as far as I know there is no option to edit the PDF invoice labels at the moment.
As for the {myProducts:total}, it should display the selected product details. Can you please try to delete your PDF invoice template and disable the invoice option in your product list?
Once done, you can enable it again and then send a test submission to the form.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes. -

Where do I find this PDF template I'm supposed to delete?

Okay - I found that under PDF Editor
Deleted and reenabled - still shows this mysterious form field in the editor

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and tested with our Sandbox account. We are not able to replicate the issue at my end with both Moneris and Purchase order payment method. The Total amount is displaying without any issue in the Invoice.
As we check the Invoice on your form it seems that you have now removed the total field from the invoice.
Usually, removing the invoice and adding it again should be working fine. Let us know if we can create a test document on your form to check.
Thanks!

It's still there - and I don't know why - all the products show up fine. The reason you don't see it is that I change the font to white to hide it
But I don't want to remove it just in case it's actually serving a purpose
Feel free to create a test document - I only have users testing it for me but I think they're done for now.

The issue is that with the field name of the payment field. The Field name for the payment field is set to registrationDetails41 while the default is myProducts.
I have now fixed the field name in the invoice of your form and the total value is displaying normally.
Please check and let us know if you need any further help.
Thanks!

Fantastic - thanks for your sleuthing skills!
So... in theory I can access all the payment fields that way?
Or do they have to show up in the drop-down box of Form Fields?

There may be limitations in accessing the fields from the payment field. Please see the guide below that can help you with this.
Thanks!
