Hi the PayPal connect is not letting me set up the account I have been trying for like a week now

I cloned your form and was able to connect to PayPal on test mode.
Could you confirm, if you have followed the instructions in this guide to connect to PayPal Checkout: How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout
Please also ensure that you have a Business account on PayPal and all related agreements on PayPal are completed.
